For
a Healthy heart.
Eat low Mercury fish such as catfish or salmon at least 3x a week. This will
provide you with Omega 3s which are excellent for mind function and your heart's health; not just that, but some studies
have concluded fish protein alone gives you extra health benefits to keep a healthy heart. This would be a great habit to
develop; a small habit like this makes all the difference as we get older. Once it becomes a habit we would not even think
about it.
If you can't do 3 fish servings per week, compromise; no-body said to be
healthy you must perform every healthy task to perfection.
You can just eat fish twice or once
a week and get your omega 3s as supplements. You can be creative and add fish to just about anything.
