Healthy bits are meant to work more as a seed of knowledge to help you start your research on the right track. Yes, I did say research. Research is an essential part of living well, ergo, self improvement. You must do your due research and make up your own mind. Don't take any one source as the sole authority on any subject.

stretch everyday

Stretch everyday

Every morning preferably, it helps you make up while improving energy levels and blood flow. The best one for beginners is the yoga exercise Sun Salutation. It doesn't need to be practiced as yoga at all; you just need to Stretch at your own pace without the need of stringent yoga protocol. Remember you're just stretching. Stretching makes you feel good and it's incredibly healthy for the body. Of course you need to use common sense so you don't get hurt. If you begin to feel any pain then you've probably have reached your limit for that stretch, don't push it. Give yourself a month of stretching and see how you feel. You don't have to do the whole Sun Salutation technique. I only use a couple of those poses, but do not skip "downward dog"; it is specially healthy and invigorating. for a healthy heart

For a Healthy heart.

Eat low Mercury fish such as catfish or salmon at least 3x a week. This will provide you with Omega 3s which are excellent for mind function and your heart's health; not just that, but some studies have concluded fish protein alone gives you extra health benefits to keep a healthy heart. This would be a great habit to develop; a small habit like this makes all the difference as we get older. Once it becomes a habit we would not even think about it. 

If you can't do 3 fish servings per week, compromise; no-body said to be healthy you must perform every healthy task to perfection.

You can just eat fish twice or once a week and get your omega 3s as supplements. You can be creative and add fish to just about anything.
